The Reformation Of The United Nations

Humanity is facing three major catastrophe events:

1.- Habitat is severely disturbed, by both of the atmosphere and the ground, with natural disasters, epidemic diseases, seriously threatening the survival of mankind. They do not know how to rescue. Please see the article “The Disaster”

2.-  Since the Great Depression of 1929 – 1933, the economic crisis, the worst in the history, comes from Wall Street due to defects in both fate of title (*),  and the investment policies and the mechanisms for financial management of the most planet-rich countries. It has rapidly spread into the  world-wide, due to the large countries dependent on the Dolar, and many other shortcomings in economic management.

The crisis of events that are increasingly complex, gradually bring humanity at poverty, exhaustion. Especially when war occurs, that nobody knows how to come up with appropriate policy modifications.

3.-The National of a narrow idea, political envy, hostility of many different forces, the hostility of color for conflicts fierce, the war on terrorism,  currently there are no winning sides, no signs of good end; the risk-war of the Korean peninsula, Iran, Iraq, Middle East and recently Ukraine, Libya is heating up by the day.  Particularly, the serious ploy encroachment Sea  of the government of the People’s Republic of China, The third world war is inevitable,  that  will combine with the economic crisis and natural disasters, epidemic diseases to put humanity at eradicated.

The general situation is now more complex, and urgent. The disconnected activities on a voluntary basis of each National can not be solved, that requires a management organization of political society in the reunification global, and has enough prestige and authority to resolve all problems.

The United Nations are something wrong in the topic problem and the rules of the universe, This organization, that is making many mistakes, has not enough eligible condition  and the ability to resolve satisfactoryly the subjects-issues made by humanity.

Expression:

1 / – Title:

The name has 2 influence-factors:  The personality (based on the meaning of the title) and the destinity by title (based on the number handwriting of the Chinese character name), the name of the United Nations has  2 defects:

– Personality:

The United Nations which are the every States joined together, represent all of people, but called the Nations, that is not world over,  therefore in the conference, the representatives of each State bring their nation to discuss their  particular requirements, not the good will for the global commons.

The United Nations did not solve the common problems to mankind.  Some Nations, for the benefit of its own,  did not sign the Kyoto Protocol. The UN resolutions have not been implemented strictly between nations. The recent negotiations have to be agreed between the two parties that the resolution on Gaza ceasefire in sequence or in Ukraine, but it is breaks down, The UN has no way to force the parties, which must comply ??

– Destinity of title:

United Nations (聯合國 16 + 6 + 11 = 33). No. 33: Homes Long Wang (female hated): There must be willpower, a great career, enjoy fame and integrity, that such other people did not have often.

With the fate of title that UN agencies have great honor, glorious premises; but female hated. By hated yin, the future wicked, the UN resolutions will be never relized completely.

2 / – The Organization:

In a nation, there is the King (such as the President). Planet  must also have an organization, an executive leader to manage  things; but the UN did not bring their full meaning. The Supreme service is the Security Council, that is only the Security preservative (such as the police). The Management did not mean to organize all aspects of politic, economy, culture and society for mankind. The Security Council does not keep well the security in Gaza or the recent event in the Ukraine, … Iraq. The meaning of the name has something of defects, so the destinity of title becomes   worse: There are the analysis of the characters of

UN Security Council: (會同 保安 – 13 + 6 + 9 + 6 = 34).

Number 34: Break Homes, Death body. (破家亡身). The meaning of analysis is:

During the life, there are  no end of  accidents, Leaving family, murder, hysterical. This number suffering from hunger, poverty.

With such title destinity, the Resolution of Security Council UN, the every nations did not completly abide ; thereby,   the Resolution bring also the disaster for humanity.  The 17^th  March  2011 the Security Council UN vote to approve the proposal setting up no-fly zone over Libyan airspace, but then the coalition conducts an operation that overthrew Kadhafi.  This is contrary to the spirit of Resolution. And the Security Council is no way to prevent, bring the effect in prolonging disaster for the Libyan people, and the countries surrounding must evacuate their citizens.

The head of the UN Secretary-General is only the maid, or the rotating Security Council Chairman, nobody has the right to ultimate decision.

Hence UN agencies currently has not enough prestige and the role of global leadership. If there is no response to the increasing of the complex requirements, the human forces are heavy. Therefore, they need to reform thoroughly all aspects.

3 / – United Nations flag:

UN flag use in the middle, the sphere representing Earth, two leaves tree like two lungs outside, from the north overlooking the earth (this icon has held competition to select).

 

Such thought is a nice idea, but it is flawed:

a) – It is a narrow way of looking at the appearance of the object. This is lack of the generality required of a flag.

In the space,  the sun and the moon and billions of stars are spherical. It should not be spherical symbol for earth; which can be only the image that symbolizes the human activities associated with the sphere

On planet, the activity related to sphere is the  sport, especially football, that calls the round ball.

b) – A rule normally of close contact with the everything is  aware of its; but the flag icon that the people at the outside  looking from the north is completely paradoxical.

Actually,  from the spacecraft, they have discovered the many things, including ” the Devil Triangle”, some areas of underground mines …  that when on the ground they do not discover, but in the discovery, they can not understand the basis of “the Devil Triangle”.  They only know that they do not understand anything; while that research costs a lot of effort, money and human life yet .

– Standing in the north to look at is paradox.
Everyone knows the earth turns from west to east. From the north looking  is in the way yin-, the inverse direction is restraint. The UN fact must always handle things by dealing against the paradox. The all approved resolutions is always temporary, and do face the  opposite reaction of the other nations. The results of the implementation of the program plan do not carry out completely. The UN prestige for the country is not high; and the human communities must also be restraint heavily, many people’s lives are disturbed.

The Reformation of the United Nations

Community of many people have found the UN reformative proposals, but do not understand the rules of the Universe,  to propose conformablely  right. With such defects:

The UN can not handle the leadership to organize the implementations with a great job for humanity. So, the radical reformation is indispensable.

The Reformation is an example, to put the United Nations into a new organization, with human communities of equality, democracy and serious notion abandonment   of individual countries. They need to reset properly, more harmonious organization of the community spirit.

As for individual countries  at anyhow large or small, the wealthty ones are   responsibility to contribute to the organizational development. They strictly abide  the Constitution-Resolution of the community.

1 / – A new organization:

The Committee of the establishment global leadership has the titles :

Administrating the World-wide (執政世全)

The head :

On World-wide is The Lord (世全主) 王

With meaning:

Agency leaders of global politics; This agency has absolute authority, decides all the matters, that the every nations must strictly obey. On the World-wide, The Lord fulfils the right to approve all the presidents of the Nations

These are the total of 10  ministries (like  in each Country): the Foreign Affairs, the Army, the Finance Banking, the Real Estate, the Social Security, the Economics and Trade, the Transport Information, the Culture, the Medicine, the Education.

2 / – Changes of a global title:

Humans have used the term “World”, which has two disadvantages:

1/- Meaning:  Limitations in land surface, People living on the Earth and everything has 2 sides Body and spirit are:

– Body: limitations on the ground.

– Spirit: limitation in the body.

Due to the ion power,  the Sun generate the light-heat, that should  operate the spirit concerned , or in other words the whole universe is concerned to this idea. As the World does not imply this meaning; due to limitations that people do not understand the profound problems of universe. The Science traditional, known for the representing human knowledge,  just as well can understand, and research, and improve the life on land surface only. But with the profound universe, or the defects inside the earth, or in front of the big issues such as Climate change, Natural disasters and Economic crisis, they are deadlocked yet, and they do not set out the way to rescue.

– Destinity of title : the term World (世界 – 5 + 9 = 14): means the Displaced wandering life: No helpers, having solitary scene … hard to see what brings joy. The life is as submerged rock at the bottom of water, under a dark, sad life.

Along with significant limits of Meaning: life is just around the material deprivation on the ground. Thus, the inferences about  the ground people are wrong. And the life scenes are always full of dark wave of melancholy.

With God par: And the largest economy acts a strong impact on the global tragedy,   full of human suffering:

In parallel to the economic crisis, the natural disasters, epidemic diseases such as H1, H5, Ebola are complicated. The fiery furnace of war in the Korean peninsula, Iran, Middle East and South China Sea are increasingly warming up. The world war 3^th  with weapons of mass destruction will surely happen; when war occurs, the more severe natural disasters, epidemic diseases and the economic crisis will become more heavier complex , all outbreaks will bring humanity to the brink of annihilation !!

Therefore, the term World must be removed; Instead of the term World-wide (世全), that means all the lives on the planet good. (both physical life and spirit of humanity).

– Destinity of title: World-wide (世 全 – 5 + 6 = 11): No. 11: Family recovery opportunities, the renaissance of career, relatives reunion, found glory.

3 / – Flag  global

In contrast,  the view to the outside form above, it is possible to have a beautiful imagery elegant, color harmony with each other to symbolize the relationship between heaven and earth, the symbol of the  developing human community.

The change of Flag

(flag 旗, banners 幡). The Change of Flag associates with the changes to glory.

In suffering, they still hope for a better future. The Laws of nature are things with new advances, The disaster has and will happen that is the turning of the transformation of the global.

The development ultimately is the Universal world.

Universal platform that will be formed on the basis of universal nations completed in most countries, that time all mankind will live in eternal peace and happiness prosperity.

After an upheaval, early the 21^st  century, especially after the volatility in the east Sea, is an important milestone for the golden era of the planet. The writer of this program will completely guide the plans, to transforme all aspects of life both physical – mental on giving good humanity to overcome distress, toward shore glory.

Those who truly have devoted to the life of humanity, should remove the Ethnic jealous, narrow-minded religious, and together  reverted consensus Millennium; to:

Perform reconciliation of humanity, all nations, large and small, independent, rich and poor are equal, and  responsible for building a peaceful world, civilized and prosperous, no trend of war.

– Creating a balance between material life and spiritual society, building good relationships between people, gradually eliminate cockroaches between rich and poor.

– Training of people with beautiful view: In light of morality, impartial mind, autonomy in life.

Upon the completion of Universal  nations, They maintain the international relations, help poor countries with fast-developing. The great human-companion on satellite would be completed to enjoy. That is the most important content of the Longhoa.
