12/2015, the United Nation environmental conference will occure in Paris, France. A lot of Countries put much hope in this conference. What they hope, is to achieve a framework agreement on "to cut emissions of greenhouse effect causing" 'cause of the ozone hole. " It was a wrong conception that with 20 previous meetings between from Cop 1 – to Cop 20 are not brought any results.
Gas emissions generated by three chains:
Oil mining extract – burning oxygen – carbon dioxide emissions:
– Burning of oxygen is primordial, carbon dioxide emissions is top
– Oil mining extract is the origin of the base. Carbon dioxide is the top of the peak.
Get dioxide emissions is taken as a premise of the top research against climate change. This is absolutely wrong; which causes failure of the previous meetings; Now to repeat this false perspective, how to improve the environment?
To make sure that: There is no "greenhouse" or "ozone hole".
That climate change is due to 2 reasons:
1.- Excessive oxygen consumption: humanity more than 9 billion people, livestock, industrial, car, machinery, and so on… are consumed oxygen.
2. While the deforestation prevents the absorption of carbon dioxide into the ground, to renew biochemical oxygen for supplying again.
That makes atmosphere for lack severe of oxygen. Oxygen cold (yin) of the earth, does not enough moderate the hot gas corresponding (yang) of the sun, so the atmosphere heats up, The heat 47oC in India event is typical.
On the other hand, the deforestation prevents the absorption of carbon dioxide into the ground, for the biochemical oxygen heat. The biochemical reduction heat is not sufficient to supply. The temperature get colder and colder the ground. The United States and Europe countries increase colder winters, and the event in US at ( -53o C ) is typical.

On the other hand, the year 2020 probleme does not let the atmosphere increasing above 2oC. That means to accept the present environment with successive natural disasters in recent years!
The problem right now is to recognize the causes of the climate change, in order to have specific plans restricting oil extraction and oxygen consumption, by using other pure energy instead of oxygen combustion technology ; and the purpose in 2020 is to lower the temperature down 1 or 2 degrees C.
The program must have a global unification on the basis of the United Nation reform, in which, the specialized agencies, and operating managers must control closely.
Besides, Humanity is in the 4 tragic threats to be destroyed
1/- War World intense with weapons of mass murder in the history – about to happen.
2/- and with the war disaster, calamity will happen more and more serious, so harm to human survival .
3/- The Diseases like cancer, HIV / S, Ebola and other diseases contribute to undermining the humanity in a new complex contamination.
4/- The economic crisis will be more severe, combined with the war creating poverty, widespread hunger.
All the scientific works bring mankind to destruction, but the stalemate of everybody is no way to rescue.
